The Fine Print
Health & Fitness Disclaimer
This page explains what our website content is (helpful general information) and what it isn't (medical advice), and why checking in with your doctor is a great first step.
Last updated: August 2, 2026
1. General information, not medical advice
In plain English: this website is here to inform and encourage you, not to diagnose or treat anything.
Everything on this website, descriptions of our programs, wellness tips, and anything about exercise or nutrition, is general information. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for the guidance of your physician or another qualified health professional who knows you and your history.
2. Check in with your doctor first
In plain English: a quick conversation with your doctor is a smart, caring first step, for you and for us.
Before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, we encourage you to talk with your physician, especially if you're managing an existing condition, recovering from an injury, or it's been a while since you were active. This isn't a warning to scare you off; it's how we set you up to succeed safely. Most of our members started exactly where you are, and their doctors were glad they asked.
3. Everyone's results are different
In plain English: your progress is yours. Bodies, histories, and lives all differ.
Results from any fitness or wellness program vary from person to person. How your body responds depends on your health, consistency, history, and many other factors. We can't guarantee specific results. What we can promise is coaching that meets you where you are.
4. About our testimonials
In plain English: the stories on our site are real, and they're individual.
The testimonials and reviews on this site reflect the genuine experiences of individual members. They're shared to encourage you, not to promise that you'll have the identical experience or results.
5. Training at the studio
In plain English: when you train with us in person, there's a separate waiver we'll go through together.
Participating in classes or coaching at the studio involves its own informed-consent waiver, which you'll review and sign at the studio before your first session. This website disclaimer doesn't replace that waiver, and that waiver doesn't apply to your use of this website.
6. If something is urgent
In plain English: this website isn't the place for urgent health concerns.
This website and its contact form are not monitored for urgent health matters. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. For non-urgent health questions, your physician or Saskatchewan's HealthLine (811) are the right places to start.
