After not fitting in as a child, Brady turned to Fitness as a coping mechanism. As she grew up, she realized how intimidating the typical gym was and vowed to create an environment that was inclusive, supportive, and welcoming; a place where people could start regardless of their current level of physical activity or abilities, and were given the proper tools and education to achieve their goals. She created Encompass Fitness so that you can achieve your own personal dreams; whether that means major weight loss, achieving or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, or pushing to new limits like training for a 5k or a Spartan.

Since opening Encompass Fitness in 2014 over 400 people have lost over 2500 pounds and lives have significantly been changed forever. We have mom’s who now feel comfortable in bathing suits, business owners who finally feel healthy and have energy again, and everyday people achieving goals and accomplishments they never dreamed possible. And the best part? They are just like you! Think you can’t live healthier or could ‘never do that’? Think again!

Kim joined Encompass in 2014 as a member and it was evident that her passion for fitness was infectious. She soon left her career and joined Encompass to help others achieve their dreams of looking and feeling their best too. Who better to help you along than someone who has been through it? Kim's  enthusiasm will push you through a workout, and her compassion will ensure that you achieve every goal that you set.

If you like to be challenged, or struggle with injuries, Alex is your guy!

Alex is an experienced trainer with over 20 years of helping others successfully achieve their goals. Alex is passionate about mobility and the science behind exercise, nutrition, and results. If you’re feeling stuck, have hit a plateau, or are struggling with pain or an injury, Alex can guide you back to where you’d like to be. His no-excuses attitude will have you breaking mental barriers and pushing yourself to discover your potential, while his sense of humour will strengthen your 6-pack.

Sharon joined us as a member a few years ago to help her recover from knee pain. Since then, she’s become a heck of a lot stronger, and has joined our team after retiring from the financial world. Needless to say, she’s a major asset and always eager to help.

Whether you need to relax your muscles, or make them stronger, Alicia’s got you covered.

Determined to set a healthy example for her children, Alicia adopted a healthy lifestyle, and lost over 100 pounds! Within her own journey Alicia discovered a balanced approach and a desire to help others become healthier and happier too.

Both a trainer and a Massage Therapist at Encompass, Alicia brings her knowledge of the body and ensuring it is well balanced to both her coaching and her massage practices.
